I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist, working with children, teens, young adults, and families, offering a calm, supportive space to slow down and feel genuinely understood. Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, especially during stressful or uncertain times, and I approach each client with warmth, patience, and genuine care.
I offer flexible in-person or virtual appointments in the evenings and on weekends. I am familiar with the busy, highexpectation environment that many families navigate. Between school demands, extracurricular activities, and full schedules, it can be hard to find moments to breathe and reconnect.
I support clients experiencing anxiety, ADHD, trauma, depression, and family challenges. My work is collaborative and gentle, drawing on CBT, DBT, and SolutionFocused Therapy to help clients build emotional awareness, develop coping skills, and strengthen resilience in ways that feel practical and sustainable. My work with ADHD focuses not only on behavior, but also on emotional regulation, self‑esteem, and the frustration or shame that can develop over time. I also partner closely with caregivers, helping navigate school expectations and accommodations with compassion and clarity.
I came to this work, guided by a strong commitment to support children and families in moments that truly matter. Through my experiences as a parent, foster care advocate, and former Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), I have seen how meaningful it can be when someone feels truly seen, understood, and supported. Becoming a therapist felt like a natural extension of that calling, and I bring a grounded presence and realworld perspective to the therapeutic relationship.
Life’s challenges can feel heavy at any age, and support matters. Through our work together, we can create space for understanding, growth, and steady progress, helping things feel less overwhelming and more hopeful over time.
